You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Do not share your password with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including the Value Score algorithm, text, graphics, and software, is the property of CryptoValue and protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

CryptoValue does not provide investment advice. All displayed data, scores, and analyses are for informational purposes only. Investment decisions are made at your own risk. We assume no liability for financial losses.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for Pro subscriptions and listing fees are processed through Stripe. All prices are in USD. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Prohibited Use
- Automated scraping or data mining of our content
- Abuse of the API beyond approved limits
- Spreading misinformation citing CryptoValue
- Using the services for illegal activities
8. Changes

9. Governing Law
